Hypnotherapy uses a natural state of relaxation. It helps to support your internal desire for change and it opens you up to new possibilities.
Hypnotherapy easily enhances your ability for relaxation and success in achieving your goals. You are always in control. Lillian/Alexandria will be your mentor and guide in this process of changing and enhancing the positive options for change in your life. Often, it is easy to get discouraged.
When you use Hypnotherapy, it becomes a doorway to new possibilities. There is hope that life can be different and better, in new and positive ways.
Sessions:
Hypnotherapy has a ripple effect in your life. The goal with hypnotherapy is to focus on what you desire to create in your life. Most people focus on all of the things that they don’t want. Because they are focused on it, they get more of what they don’t want. Instead, Lillian wants you to focus on more of what you do want. That might be less stress, deeper and more restful sleep, less anxiety, a new and positive way to think about life, stop smoking, lose weight or to be healthier… Hypnotherapy can help with all of these and more.
During the first session, half will be focused on your history, the past, your environment and what you desire to change in your life. The first session usually runs two hours. If you have a lot of trauma from the past, please let us know, we can schedule a three hour session or longer to help facilitate whatever needs to come up and out.
- During your initial session, all of the negative words that came up will be used. And working together, you will change the negative words to positive ones. These new positive words will be incorporated into your first recorded hypnotherapy session to take home and listen to daily. Lillian suggests that you listen for 30 days and then return for a follow up session.
- During your second session, you will check in and share what has changed. Lillian will focus on your successes and then help you to continue your work on the areas that are still challenging you. These challenges will create new opportunities.
After the initial hypnotherapy session, follow up sessions may be 1.5 – 2 hours. After a two or more sessions, you may want to consider Regression Therapy, if there are still challenges you wish to overcome.
